Report on: (1) student academic performance; (2) academic progress; (3) school safety, student engagement and connection; (4) rigorous coursework; (5) percentage of students whose progress/performance meets career and college readiness benchmarks; (6) longitudinal data on eligible districts reducing disparities in academic achievement and on racial/economic integration; (7) acquisition of English, and where practicable, native language academic literacy, including oral, and progress of all English learners enrolled in a MN public school course or program currently or previously counted as English learners; (8) two student-to-teacher ratios that clearly indicate the definition of teacher; (9) staff characteristics (not salaries); (10) student enrollment demographics; (11) foster care status, including students enrolled in a MN public school course or program currently or previously in foster care, student homelessness, and district mobility; and (12) extracurricular activities.

Minn. Dept. of Education shall annually post school performance reports to the department's public website no later than September 1, except that in years when the reports reflect new performance standards, the Minn. Dept. of Education shall post the school performance reports no later than October 1.
