Report on the use of manufactured home park infrastructure grants and loans, including:
(1) grants and loans requested and funded during the prior fiscal year, organized by ownership type of the manufactured home park, such as private, cooperative, and municipal ownership, and by county;
(2) the average amount of grants and loans awarded;
(3) loans requested and loans funded during the prior fiscal year, organized by ownership type of the manufactured home park, such as private, cooperative, and municipal ownership, and by county;
(4) the average amount of loans issued;
(5) information regarding the terms of the loans; and
(6) information about how repaid loan funds were used.
