The law mandates that the Minn. Dept. of Public Safety and the Minn. Dept. of Human Services publish this report, and also requires reports from other state agencies that collect, process, or store names, residential addresses, dates of birth, and citizenship verifications as part of providing assistance or services.
Reports are due from eligible agencies to the governor and secretary of state.
