Description:	Farmer-Lender Mediation Act: The amount that the creditor is required to release for necessary living expenses under this section is limited to $3,600 per month less the debtor's off-farm income. In 2022 and every five years thereafter, the commissioner of agriculture, in consultation with the director, must report to the legislative committees with jurisdiction over agriculture policy what the monetary limit under this paragraph would be if adjusted using the United States All-Items Consumer Price Index.
