Description: Study by the Center for Transportation Studies at the University of Minnesota examining public transportation after the COVID-19 pandemic is substantially curtailed in the United States, with a primary focus on transit service for commuters in the metro area, as well as on Northstar Commuter Rail and commuter-oriented transit service by the Metropolitan Council and suburban transit providers; and analysis and projections on changes in ridership; demand for modes and forms of active and public transportation; transit service levels and features; revenue and expenditures; and long-term impacts.
