Report on the same-day driver's license pilot project in Lakeville and Moorhead, including: a description of the pilot project and the locations that participated in the pilot project; the number of noncompliant drivers' licenses, instruction permits, or identification cards processed during the pilot project; information or feedback from the driver's license agents about the pilot project; and a recommendation as to whether issuance of same-day noncompliant drivers' licenses, instruction permits, or identification cards should be expanded statewide.
