Note: As of April 2026, the Minn. Dept. of Health has not filed a report since 2023 because the agency has had nothing to report under this mandate. 2021 Minn. Laws Chap. 30 Art. 3 Sec. 10 (Minn. Stat. 144.05 Subd. 7) sets new expiration dates for report mandates based on three criteria: date of enactment, mandated frequency of report, and whether the mandate requires a final report.
