Reports from lamp recycling facilities to the Minn. Pollution Control Agency are due annually on March 1. No due date specified for the agency posting the information on its website.
For the past several years, Minnesota has had only two lamp recycling facilities. Both facilities operate under compliance agreements. Minnesota has no such facilities operating under permits that would prompt a report, according tot he Minn. Pollution Control Agency. (5/2020)
"The lamp recycling facilities which are subject to Minn. St. 116.93 Subd. 2(a)(4) continue to operate under compliance agreements. Therefore, they have not been issued a permit, which is the trigger event for the facilities to submit the annual reports on March 1 of each year.
