Note: (2023 Human Services Legislative Report Sunsets) 2013 Minn. Laws Chap. 108 Art. 3 Sec. 33 Subd. 2 makes this biennial starting in February 2015. 2019 Minn. Laws 1st Spl. Sess. Chap. 9 Art. 6 Sec. 72 Subd. 5 amends the requirements for this report to include information on the shelter-linked youth mental health services program. Recipients of grants under that program are mandated to report annually to Minn. Dept. of Human Services by December 31, starting in 2020. 2021 Minn. Laws 1st Spl. Sess. Chap. 7 Art. 7 Sec. 29 exempts Minn. Dept. of Human Services from preparing this report in 2023, and instead mandates an update of the 2007 "Report to the Legislature: Runaway and Homeless Youth in Minnesota." 2024 Minn. Laws Chap. 127 Art. 66 Sec. 17 restarts the biennial mandate with a first due date of February 1, 2025.
