After a Center has been in existence for 3 years, the report must include measures of the program's impact on the local economy, which was done in a separate report for 2009. The 2009 evaluation report was "final", but a report would be required if new ones were opened. The April 2010 report is the January 2011 report, next report due is in 2013.
