    Description: Progress report identifying MNLARS project activity, including (from March 6, 2019 forward) how appropriations have been spent on continued development and improvement of the Minnesota Licensing and Registration System (MNLARS) and the Driver's License System, and on temporarily increasing the capacity of Driver and Vehicle Services to meet the customer service levels needs of business partners and the public; and on plans for how the remaining funds will be spent.

    Note: First due date is May 1, 2018, and then between 20 and 30 days before the start of each quarter. Sec. 6 says this mandate expires upon full implementation of MNLARS. 2019 Minn. Laws Chap. 1 Sec. 3 amended this mandate to require that the quarterly reports include reporting on how appropriations in 2019 Minn. Laws Chap. 1 Secs. 1-2 have been spent, and on plans for how remaining funds will be spent.
