This database allows for searching of mandated reports that the Library is expecting or has received since 2003 (Selected mandates prior to 2003 are included). Multiple search fields allow for the creation of custom lists.
Each legislative session, the Legislature mandates reports and studies to be completed by state agencies or other governmental entities. Mandates are for either one-time studies or ongoing reports. Library staff read the session laws to identify new mandates and changes to existing mandates. These mandates are tracked and the library obtains copies of the reports for our collection in order to provide long-term access.
