GENERAL NOTES

He moved to Bagley, Minnesota when he was four years old, with his family. He moved to Woodbury, Minnesota in 1983.

He was a member of the St. Croix Valley United Way Board of Directors, the state 4-H Advisory Council, and the University of Minnesota Extension Advisory Committee.

He died of Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease at Woodwinds Hospital in Woodbury, Minnesota. His funeral was held on November 21, 2006 at Woodbury Lutheran Church in Woodbury, Minnesota.
