GENERAL NOTES
He was the publisher of the LeSueur County Leader-Democrat from 1895-1907.
Toensing spells his last name the same as his dad's, Wrabeck. The Minnesota Legislative Manuals and the Journals of the Senate spell it, Wrabek.
He was an unsuccessful candidate for the Minnesota Senate in the 1946 election. He was involved in a contested election with William L. Dietz in that election. Neither of them were seated until the Minnesota Senate decided that William L. Dietz was entitled to the seat.
He was a member and President of the Old Settler's Association of Le Sueur County, Minnesota. He was also a member of the Izaak Walton League.
