2004 Senate Audio

Senate audio files from 2004 were originally on cassette tapes. Through a grant from the Minnesota Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund, the original cassettes were transferred to digital files in 2010. Because of the nature of the cassette tapes, the files on this page have certain characteristics. Many of the meetings that were held were longer than the length of a single cassette, so there are multiple cassettes/audio files. Therefore, all of the files are the length of the original cassette, even if the meeting did not last to the end of the cassette. Some of the tapes had sound quality issues, others were blank, either partially or in full. All anomalies have been noted next to the audio file.
