Governor Tim Pawlenty announced today that 30 more schools and districts are approved to implement the nation-leading Q Comp program. The Governor is also announcing the availability of professional development and classroom resources for teachers on iTunes U, a dedicated area within the iTunes Store (www.itunes.com).

Governor Pawlenty announced today the appointment of Steve Sviggum as commissioner of Minnesota Management and Budget (MMB), effective December 2. He succeeds Tom Hanson who previously announced that he is leaving the administration for a position in the private sector.
