The Commission on Judicial Selection today announced that applications are now being accepted for a Third Judicial District trial court bench vacancy that occurred with the retirement of the Honorable Gerald J. Wolf on September 14, 2007. The Minnesota Supreme Court certified the continuation of the chambers of this judgeship for the city of Faribault in Rice County.
