Tom Minnesota’s MiracleBerg, a former member of the Minnesota House of Representatives, has recently released, Minnesota’s Miracle: Learning from the Government that Worked. His new book provides behind-the-scenes stories that chronicle the policies and politics of Minnesota’s legislature and state government during the decade of the 1970s.

His work is the latest addition to the Legislative Library’s collection of books by or about individuals who, at some point in their careers, served in the Minnesota Senate or House. The memoirs provide glimpses not only of individual lives – but of the life of the Minnesota Legislature. Following is a selection of recent titles:
