History:
Created in 1976, repealed in 1983, recreated in 1984.

13 members (4 members representing licensed or registered occupations, 2 members representing other occupations, 2 members representing licensed health care facilities, 1 member representing the Higher Education Coordinating Board, 1 representing the State Planning Agency, 1 representing a third-party payer, 2 public members); appointed by commissioner of health; terms governed by Minn. Stat. 15.059; compensation governed by Minn. Stat. 15.059.
