Advise the Minnesota Agricultural Resource Loan Guaranty Board on establishing a program; may provide assistance in evaluating applications for loan guarantees.
The five members of the commission shall include individuals with expertise in agricultural processing, commercial lending and financing of similar or related projects, agricultural economics, and engineering, chemistry, and other natural sciences related to the projects. Members are appointed by the board.
