Function: Collect data on financial status of agriculture in Minnesota. Develop and continue uniform procedure for collection data on financial status of agriculture in Minnesota; oversee implementation of the farm crisis intervention act.
History:
To report by 31 December 1985; terminates 10 days after report. Reactivated, to report by 31 December 1986 (1986 Minn. Laws Chap. 398 Art. 11); to expire 15 January 1987 or 15 days after reporting. Reactivated, to report by 15 April 1989 (1987 Minn. Laws Chap. 396 Art. 5 Sec. 1); to expire by 1 June 1989). Reactivated, to expire 1 June 1991 (1989 Minn. Laws Chap. 350 Art. 3).
Membership:
Two representatives, 2 senators, director of agricultural extension service, directory of vocational technical education system, 1 member appointed by governor, 2 members appointed by commissioner of agriculture.
