Crime Victim Services Roundtable

Function: The crime victim services roundtable shall meet at least four times each year to discuss issues concerning victim services, including, but not limited to methods for improving the delivery of and securing increased funding for victim services. The roundtable shall present to the legislature any initiatives, including those for increasing efficiency in the administration of services, which require legislative action.
Membership:
To be convened by commissioner of administration or designee. Shall include representatives from the following: the departments of health; human services; children, families, and learning; corrections; and public safety; the supreme court; the Minnesota planning agency; the office of the attorney general; the office of crime victim ombudsman; the county attorneys association; and the office of dispute resolution. The roundtable membership shall also include one person representing the four councils designated in sections 3.922, 3.9223, 3.9225,and 3.9226.
