Minnesota’s state sponsored Problem Gambling Program is administered by the Department of Human Services, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Division and is advised by the Advisory Committee on Compulsive Gambling.
The 16-member committee is appointed to a four-year term by the Commissioner of Human Services.
