Review Minnesota state agency rules, with authority to suspend any rules that go beyond legislative authority, are in conflict with legislative intent, or are unreasonable, inadequate, or improper.
Created in 1974, but was inactive until 1976 because the Senate had refused to appoint members (see Capitol reporter, 30 June 1977, p. 4). The commission was eliminated as of July 1996, pursuant to 1995 Minn. Laws Chap. 248 Art. 2 Sec. 6 Subd. 1.
