Advises the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency on the effectiveness and enforcement of the air quality compliance program; reports on matters relating to the program as requested by federal and state agencies.
The Small Business Air Quality Compliance Advisory Council was reviewed by the Legislative Commission on Planning and Fiscal Policy (LCPFP) in 2013 as part of their biennial duty required by Minn. Stat. 3.885 Subd. 11. The LCPFP's 2013 Recommendations called for the keeping the council.
The council's last meeting was held in 1996, according to documentation from the 2013 review by the LCPFP.
