Petroleum Tank Release Compensation Board

Administers the Minnesota petroleum tank release cleanup fund which partially reimburses petroleum tank owners for the cost of cleaning up leaks from petroleum tanks.

Membership:

5 members (1 representatives of petroleum industry, 1 representative of insurance industry, 1 public member); appointed by governor; 4-year terms; per diem and expenses; members file with Ethical Practices Board. (1993)
